Make and arugula, prosciutto, fig and goat cheese pizza using simple ingredients. Great as an appetizer or as a side dish to any meal and the kids love it too!
You’ll need:
store bought pizza dough
1 handful of arugula washed and dried
1/4 cup of fig preserves
aprox. 3 tablespoons of goat cheese
4 slices of prosciutto
Assembly as shown and bake in 450 degree oven for about 15 mins
